■使途
Usage		 １）シルク印刷のインクを乾かすドライヤーです。
　（インクを定着させる乾燥機ではありません）
２）本ドライヤーは1色目をプリントして2色目にプリントする場合に
　ﾌﾟﾗｽﾃｨｿﾞﾙｲﾝｸを硬化させる用途で、仮乾機（約20秒）として使用します。
注）最終乾燥はコンベアー乾燥機或いはプレス機にて
　　　別途、インクを定着させる乾燥を行います。
■特質
Ｆｅａｔｕｒｅｓ		 １）遠赤外線の変調菅を使用しているので、すぐに温度が上昇する。
２）高い熱効率：
　　６個の加熱管（各々500Ｗ）によって、
　　高度の熱効率ｼｽﾃﾑで、むらなく温度は迅速に上昇する。
３）100ﾚﾍﾞﾙの階層的な温度調整ｼｽﾃﾑの採用しているので
　　温度のｺﾝﾄﾛｰﾙは正確にできる。
■組立
Installation		 １）運搬しやすいように、機械部品はノックダウン生産で
　　組み立てられていません。
２）使用する前にＣＤ（ビデオ）を見て、組み立ててください。

　 　↓		 １）電源コードを接続、スイッチをオンにすれば
　　自動的に作動します。
２）デジタル計器のプラス(＋)またはマイナス（−）をクリックして
　前述の100ﾚﾍﾞﾙの温度調整ｼｽﾃﾑで、温度をコントロールします。

　華氏75度（摂氏24℃）の室温下、乾燥機の周囲に気流のない条件下で
　設定温度と乾燥箱から３センチ下の実温度との関係を示すﾒｰｶｰによる

【参考事項】
　Tips		 １）室温や空気の流れによって、正確な温度測定に影響を及ぼすこともありえます。
　　何故なら温度計器は加熱管の上にあるので実際の温度を反映します。
２）一方、ユーザーが必要とする温度は加熱管の下方の温度なので
　　それは当然にデジタル計器の温度とは異なります。
３）この問題は、特殊なデジタル温度計器（下の写真）を使って解決できます。
　　この温度計で加熱菅のしたの温度測り、加熱管の上にある温度計器の温度を
　　ユーザーが必要とする温度に変えてください。
■特殊温度計

■温度テスト方法 ◎上記の特殊なデジタル温度計器のコード先端（探り針）を
　　乾燥テーブルの上に置き、必要とされる乾燥温度と所与の参考ﾃﾞｰﾀを
　　セットしてください。
◎次に加熱後６分以上経過してから、、特殊なデジタル温度計器の示す温度が
　　乾燥に必要な温度と同じか、そうでないかをチェックしてください。

１）必要とされる乾燥温度より高い温度が示されるようでしたら
　　本体のデジタル計器の温度を下げてうまく調節してください。
2）必要とされる乾燥温度より低い温度が示されるようでしたら
　　本体のデジタル計器の温度を上げてうまく調節してください。

Features:
